Our best selling cakes are gluten free, with a recipe which creates a luxurious cake as moist and creamy as our classic recipe. Ingredients are sourced consciously with food miles in mind including gluten free flour from our closest mill at Doves Farm, eggs from our local farmer and British-grown sugar.
