Cancellation Policy

1. Up to 90 Days Before Event - full refund
2. 60 to 89 Days Before Event - 50% refund
3. 30 to 59 Days Before Event - 25% refund
4. Less than 30 Days Before Event - No refund

Rescheduling Your Event

You may reschedule up to 30 days before the event, subject to availability. Any postponement less than 30 days before the event will be treated as a cancellation and the above cancellation policy will apply.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to either reschedule the event or provide a credit note (valid for one year), as deemed appropriate based on the situation

Refund Process

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of booking
