Cancellation Policy

1. Less than 28 days before event - full refund
2. Less than 21 days before event - 50% refund
3. Less than 14 days before event - 25% refund
4. Less than 7 days before event - No refund

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to either reschedule the event or provide a credit note (valid for one year), as deemed appropriate based on the situation

Refund Process

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of booking
