Refund Policy

Please ensure your order is checked when collected/delivered before signing your delivery form. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please inform our team immediately on +44 (0)20 3633 1455 and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Should you wish to claim a credit or refund, please return the product(s) to us for inspection within 48 hours together with your proof of purchase (till or online receipt). Unfortunately we are unable to make any refunds or exchanges without the requested proof of purchase receipt. Please note that we can only credit a refund to the card used to purchase the item.
