Marie and the design team set to work on creating a sketch that embodied our bride's ideal cake design and had a signature GC Couture flare including balcony and column style details and a flower spray topper. The cake was also designed to emulate the colour and style of Hayford & Rhodes' flower styling.

A unique overhanging ledge which formed the base for a waterfall spray effect of sugar peonies, hydrangeas, sweet peas, blossoms and roses in white and warm pink tones, all individually handmade.

Pastillage columns and draped looped handmade designs to compliment the ornate décor of The Savoy.
