Opulent 10 Tier Wedding Cake
It was an absolute honour and privilege for GC Couture to be commissioned to design this exquisitely bespoke wedding cake for Carl & Kiko’s wedding at Cliveden House! This was Cliveden’s biggest wedding of the year and with luxury wedding planner, Melanie Helen from Cranberry Blue at the helm, this stunning setting commanded a cake of equal beauty and grandeur which and we delivered with gusto!
The Details
The 10-tier wedding cake boasts an extravagant sweeping staircase cascade of delicately hand-crafted sugar flowers which included roses, blossoms and peonies, superbly elevated by fresh flowers that appear to defy gravity by lifting the cake to new romantic heights. A variety of pinks, mint greens and golds with carefully hand-painted gold initials which subtly graced the centre tier along with articulately placed stenciling and gold moulds.
A mix of fun, classic elegance and contemporary flair embodied the stunning couple throughout their day. The cake demanded attention to detail to feel right at home at Cliveden House. What a wedding!
