Would you believe this gluten and dairy free vegan cake regularly outsells our classic recipe! One of the first cakes we produced on a large scale was gluten free, supplying a very famous luxury store in Knightsbridge and since then we have been a go-to cake maker Nationwide for gluten and dairy free celebration cakes like this one.

As sumptuous and satisfying as any of our classic recipes, this 6" sponge cake has three layers of strawberry jam & vanilla buttercream filling and a smooth buttercream exterior topped off with delightful jam spirals and showered with sprinkles.

    Cakes will arrive frozen to keep their shape and quality during transit. Please note that your cake will need to be defrosted before eating, which generally takes 3-4 hours in ambient conditions.
